SCOPE

Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient care and clinical duties with a customer-oriented and efficient approach.
• Manage registration, payments, and any other tasks assigned by your supervisor.
• Provide administrative support across all operational and patient care activities.
• Assist with dispensing, clinical matters, sterilizing equipment, and creating and maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Handle drug administration duties, including stock monitoring, ordering, and maintenance.
• Perform clinic housekeeping duties and establish good rapport and strong relationships with patients and corporate clients, ensuring their requirements are met.
• Monitor stationery, medical supplies, furniture, and equipment at the clinic.
• Follow up on investigations, X-rays, medical reports, and client requests.
• Maintain service and professional standards.
• Handle general inquiries and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Possess at least a GCE N or O Level, or an ITE certificate.
• A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in the healthcare or medical industry is required.
• Prior experience in medicine dispensing is preferred.
• PC/computer literacy and the ability to work efficiently are essential.
• Service-oriented with a good team player attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow instructions from your immediate superior.
