Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Accounting Firm (Global)
• Position Title: Tax Manager (GST) / Tax (GST) Manager
• Working Location: Central
• Working Hours: 5 days, Monday – Friday (8:45 AM – 5:30 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic up to $ 9,000 + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on the GST implications of their business operations and transactions in various industries, including financial industry
• Assist clients with the applications for GST registration, exemption and various GST schemes
• Review and e-file the clients’ GST returns
• Conducting GST health check reviews, GST due diligence reviews, Assisted Self Help Kit (ASK) reviews, Assisted Compliance Assurance Programme (ACAP) reviews
• Assist clients in managing IRAS GST audits/investigations
• Assist clients in seeking GST rulings from IRAS
• Supporting the partners in developing the GST practice and be involved in any other ad-hoc projects and related tasks as and when required by the Partners

• Bachelor of Accountancy, Finance, or relevant discipline, preferably with a professional qualification as recognised by SCTP
• Minimum 6 years of Singapore GST experience, preferably from a professional services firm/accounting firm
• Must be familiar with Singapore Tax laws and guideline
• Possessing an accreditation by SCTP will be an advantage, e.g. Accredited Tax Practitioner (ATP) (GST) or Accredited Tax Advisor (GST)

Job Summary

Reporting to the SVP, Supply Chain, the incumbent is responsible for all order management, supply and demand forecasting, consolidation and reporting activities. He/She manages and leads the validation of demand signals through data analytics. The use of historical data, statistical models, and forecast information from Business Development & Marketing as well as business knowledge are key inputs to validating demand. He/She is directly responsible for ensuring processes are in place to drive forecast accuracy and meet KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demand and Supply Planning of Finished Goods
• Lead S&OP process
• Develop and maintain effective supply, distribution and inventory plans.
• Maintain product inventory levels within agreed volume and quality targets.
• Lead and execute product allocation processes to effectively manage supply constraints;
• Lead and execute order fulfillment processes to ensure perfect customer order fulfillment;
• Identify and execute continuous improvement and waste elimination opportunities including working with QA for shelf life extension of Finished Goods
• Maintain highly effective communications with all key stakeholders.
• Order Management - Continuously make sure to align Demand with Supply, visualize Demand Forecast and Supply Forecast
• Global Product Rollout - make sure new products are launched in schedule per country
• Continually monitor product supply vs. customer sales, and perform supply and demand analysis to maximize sales;
• Maintain optimal channel inventory through the various stages of the product life cycle; act as the central point of contact for all supply chain matters for new product launches
• Work with Factory to ensure optimal production pipeline;
• Ensure optimal inventory and goods movement
• Forecasting – must juggle current inventory needs, immediate customer demands, and probable future sales to maintain balance between fulfillment and replenishment needs
• Master Data Maintenance & Housekeeping
• Submission of monthly KPI report & Stock Provision
• Maintain accurate written procedure for all planning and inventory control processes

• Solid understanding of demand, supply planning, logistics and inventory management
• Many years of professional experience in supply chain planning
• Excellent analytical skills and work in a result oriented manner
• Methodological competence in process analysis
