• Effectively manage daily operation of the shop.
• Provide an exceptional service experience to the customer.
• Handle cashier duties, including processing payments and providing change.
• Be familiar of all menu items and able to upsell and cross-sell.
• Restock shelves and ensure products are adequately displayed.
• Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages to the supervisor.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
• Perform general housekeeping and cleaning duties.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Supervisor and/or Management.

Job Description

• Ensure corporate compliance of entities registered in Singapore and other Jurisdictions
• Liaise with Corporate Secretarial Service Providers based in different countries to review documents prepared and ensure compliance with banks and government authorities' requirements
• Incorporation/liquidation (Company, Rep Office)
• File and maintain good and up to date record of the Group’s corporate documents and statutory registers as required
• Arrange for legalisation/notarisation
• Follow up status and lodgement of Financial Statement to comply with ACRA Requirement
• Opening and closing of bank accounts, changing account details as required
• Complete KYC/Due Diligence as required
• Liaise with Finance Department, external auditors, lawyers, business partners and overseas colleagues
• Take note of various statutory deadlines and be responsible for respective filing
• Train and mentor Corporate Executive in the above to a level of competence to be able to function without daily supervision within an agreed time frame
• Involvement in finance and corporate financing-related issues as assigned by the Chief Financial Officer
• To design and manage the re-organisation of the company’s corporate data storage and retrieval systems
• To build a complete set of corporate records of all related entities for the HQ library within a prescribed timeframe to be agreed
• To develop a working knowledge of all other corporate functions within the department to be able to participate and assist in its operational activities and the expansion and development of the Corporate Division generally
• Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer
• The Company may assign duties in addition to those listed/described above and/or vary the scope of work according to business requirements

Job Description

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree in relevant field, Business Administration, Business Management or Law
• Holding or currently pursuing corporate secretarial qualification / compliance background would be an advantage.
• Candidates with XBRL knowledge would have an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Proficient in both spoken and written English
• Meticulous, multi-tasked, strong initiative and good team player
• At least 5 to 7 years’ relevant corporate secretarial experience is required
