• Control and prepare architectural drawings, presentations and reports;
• Check, monitor and prepare applications, including drawings, forms & correspondences, for planning and building plan approval;
• Conversant with planning and building plan approval requirement and process, project development sequence and schedules;
• Conversant with and able to produce detailed workings drawings and specifications;
• Review or modify drawings according to the directions of the senior staff and able to direct junior similarly;
• Conversant with preparing and producing tender documents for contracts;
• Administration of tender;
• Conversant with and able to carry out project management and coordination;
• Familiar with and able to carry out site inspection, site progress documentation, including resolving problems and issues that arise during construction;
• Ensure good project document control;
• Check, monitor and prepare for applications, including co-ordinating inspections, preparation of drawings, forms & correspondences for obtaining TOP & CSC;
• Uphold and raise office standards;
• Provide guidance to junior staff in their work;
• Share and give lessons (on a need-to-do basis) to office colleagues.

Responsibilities:

• Attend to telephone, email enquiries & complaints
• Arrange cargo shipments
• Prepare shipping documents e.g. Packing list, Order, Commercial Invoices, Shipping Labels etc
• Assist in bill of lading (BL) if needed
• Ensure compliance with regulations, arrange cargo pickup/delivery, and maintain records
• Coordinate with internal and external parties & monitor shipment
• Process permit documentation if required
• Support in all aspect of sales and operational activities
• General admin duties and other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Min. NITEC/Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or any relevant field
• Possess 1-2 years of Shipping Coordination experience in the shipping/freight forwarding industry
• Able to speak in Mandarin Chinese to liaise with Chinese counterparts
