Duties of Senior Client Relations Executive:

• Prepare weekly/monthly meeting documents and organize social events and meetings.
• Address tenant concerns and queries, maintain regular communication, and conduct tenant surveys.
• Resolve tenant complaints and disputes, maintaining accurate records of issues and resolutions.
• Implement strategies to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention, organizing tenant programs and events.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in related field
• Relevant experience in Commercial Buildings settings.
• Comfortable to work 5.5 days

Main responsibilities

• Perform full spectrum of accounting functions including month-end closing activities, maintaining accurate journal entries and monthly reconciliations, GST submissions, WHT submission, etc.
