Due to growth, we’re looking for experience & responsible Fleet Manager to join our team. As part of your role, you will be responsible for the below duties:
· Manage daily fleet maintenance and operations.
· GPS telematics and retrieval of monthly vehicle report
· Keep track of motor claims accident ratio rate
· Procure new vehicle through leasing company requirements in accordance to company’s policies and work with finance department to validate our current active fleet strength
· Linking up with leasing company for new and old return vehicle
· Ensure all summon matters/appeals are resolved before due date
· Ensure proper documentations of all operations and fleet related accounts, invoices, summons.
· Responding to all internal/external correspondences related to fleet and operational enquiries are well attended.
· Coordinate vehicle inspection, maintenance, and servicing of fleet.
· Ensure the general upkeep and cleanliness of the fleets.
· Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, safety policies and work instructions.
What we’re looking for:
· 2-3 years of relevant working experience
· Possess Valid Class 3/3A license
· Proficient in MS Office/Excel
· Team player and flexible individual able to work in fast changing environment
