· Good experience in managing and completing high end residential house projects (i.e. Good Class Bungalow or Bungalow grade) is strongly required.

· Strong organizational and project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

· Proficiency with project management software and tools (i.e. autocad, MS Office & Project, etc).

· Able to station at work in project sites and travel to meeting venues as required.

· Minimum 5 years of project management experience in building/civil construction projects including interior design and construction industry.

Job Description

• Support the site in the management, operation and maintenance of all mission-critical infrastructure of the data centre
• Manage and supervise the outsourced facilities management service vendors and ensure full compliance to the contract scope and expectations
• Respond and attend to equipment alarm on site
• Inspect mission-critical equipment for abnormalities
• Supervise service vendors to ensure full compliance to clients’ requirements
• Adhere to company’s environmental safety health policy and procedure, standard operating procedure and risk assessment
• Generate and submit reports

• Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects.
• Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.
• Attend site meeting, inspection and monitoring and report of the project progress.
• Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field.
• Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status.
• Assign responsibilities and mentor project team.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
• Perform other duties / tasks as assigned by immediate superior or Head of the department
