Job Description

To assist in the daily operations of the clinic inclusive but not limited to the following:

Counter duties:

- Familiar with PRPP & PCDS

- Registration of patients, dispensing of medication and collection of payments

- Familiar with E- payment modes ( QR pay, Nets, Paynow)

- Perform COVID-19 Swabs, ECG

- Explain medical and health screen packages to patients

- Assist in booking of appointment for patients for chronic disease

- Follow-up treatment/ blood tests and vaccination

- Handling of incoming calls and enquiries.

- Assist doctors with chaperoning and conduct minor procedures

Supervisor duties:

- Administrative tasks

- Submission of claims eg Medisave, CHAS, MBS and Managed Care claims for different insurance schemes.

- Ordering of Medications, consumables

- Manage rostering of staff and doctors – include finding locum doctors.

Requirements:

Good command of spoken and written English

Good IT proficiency required (Computer system, Managed Care portals)

- Familiar with MBS, MHCP claim portal

- Familiar with TPA claims (IHP, MHC, Parkway Shenton, Alliance and Adept)

Ability to speak mandarin/ malay will be an advantage.

Minimum GCE O level and above with relevant experience in healthcare/ GP clinic setting.

Customer service orientation with pleasant disposition.

Experience in GP clinic is necessary. Previous experience as clinic supervisor will be an advantage.

The Qualifications:

• A diploma in Mechanical & Electrical or equivalent qualification.
• Mechanical & Electrical Coordination certificate from BCA
• A relevant Advanced Certificate / Higher NITEC / Advanced NBQ with 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
• A relevant certificate with 4 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
• NITEC / Higher NBQ with at least 5 years of relevant work experience12.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Project Manager to plan, monitor and control daily works at the project sites, able to read and drawing M&E drawing by using AutoCAD.

2. Implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the QESH management system.

3. Comply with client and applicable legal and other requirements.

4. Implement plan actions from risks and opportunities assessment.

5. Take responsibility for prevention of work-related injury and ill health.

6. Ensure that project operations and document control procedures are adhered to.

7. Plan, coordinate and monitor M&E subcontractor’s activities at project sites.

8. Maintain good house-keeping and implement safety practices.

9. Ensure that all M&E works carried out are in accordance to the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, work instructions, etc.

10. Ensure that inspection and tests are carried out as per Inspection and Test Plans, quality control mechanisms are being used and results are conformed to specifications.

11. Submit sample materials and calibration certificates to consultants for approval.

12. Undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.

13. Accountable for the quality, safety, health and environmental management and performance at the project site.

Job Purpose

This position reports to the Operations Director (OD). Candidate must have the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management. Technical:
