Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the Manufacturing industry. They are looking for an AP Executive to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the West.

Responsibilities:

• In charge of full set of Accounts Payable
• Manage cash activities and corporate credit card matters
• Handle supplier invoices and process payments for internal and external vendors
• Perform monthly journal entries and reconcile accounts (e.g., vendor, travel, credit card)
• Process employee claims and travel expenses
• Liaise with banks on account-related matters
• Handle intercompany loans, interest postings, and tax submissions
• Ensure compliance with company authorization policies and maintain accurate vendor data
• Assist in audit processes and support other accounting or treasury tasks as required
• All other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or other relevant field of studies
• Minimum 1 years of relevant experiences
• SAP
