Primary Purpose

Job Descriptions

1. Provide Japanese to English/English to Japanese translation of the conversation between Japanese members and Accounts staff when required for billing, courses, event registration matters.
2. Attend to member’s enquiries by phone or at front counter

Job Requirements

1. JLPT 1 and above to be able to liaise with Japanese Members

Job scope:

• Maintain full set of accounts
• Prepare timely financial and management reports
• Manage cashflow planning and projection
• Preparation of GST reporting and submission
• Assist in preparing management reports
• Handle GST filling
• Liaise with auditors and banks for related matters
• Assist with ad-hoc assignments as assigned

Requirements:

• Possess relevant certificate in Accounting or equivalent

• To assist in the planning and execution of Messe Berlin Asia Pacific’s key events
• To work closely with mulitple external vendors in meeting key requirements, timelines, budgets and services required for all events
• To manage trade visitor registration process which includes setting up the registration page, acquisition of trade visitors and customer service support such as visa letters, enquiry assistance.

Job Description

• Review and Follow up on billing/claims reports as assigned.
• Follow up with patients on the relevant documents such as Medisave Claims authorization form
• Prepare and send out Invoices for Corporate Clients.
• Daily check on claims submission
• Responsible for daily receipting duties, ensuring all receipts are properly accounted for

• To perform regular audit checks on patient collections.

Responsibilities:

· Handling of full-set accounts by ensuring that accounting books are closed monthly on a timely, complete and accurate basis

· Consolidation of group accounts

· Handle all payment and collection matters

· Assist the CFO in the implementation of the finance policy & procedures

· Monthly reconciliation of Accounts Payable, Receivables (including Bank Reconciliation)
