The Role
• We are seeking a highly organized and responsible Executive Assistant to join our organization. In this position, you will provide high-quality administrative and clerical assistance to top-level executives.
• The Executive Assistant’s main duties include scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, and organizing daily calendars.
• To be successful in this role, you should be proactive, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively. Our ideal candidate also has previous experience as an Executive Assistant and is familiar with office management technologies.
Responsibilities
• Provide support to our senior executives, including diary management, scheduling meetings and appointments, greeting visitors, managing travel itineraries.
• Arrange corporate events to take place outside of the workplace, such as golf tournaments, offsite activities, and staff appreciation events.
• Prepare internal and external corporate arrangement for team members and industry partners.
• Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents.
• Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.
• Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele.
Requirements
• Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience, specifically in providing support across various Asian countries or within an international work environment.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good command of and fluency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin.
• Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities, apply to fast work pace and can work under pressure, can do OT and travel.
• Self-sufficient, self-starter who can learn quickly, with positive attitude and willing to take up more responsibilities.
