Roles & Responsibilities

• Source and appoint Vendors for FM services to support Centres operations.

• Promptly support Centres’ requests for service, rectification, and any other concerns.
• Conduct checks on the quality of services provided by vendors.
• Responsible for the administrative role of the procurement system, access and CCTV systems.
• Assist in managing office space, seating arrangement, telephone lines, storage, etc.
• Support the HQ office with sourcing and procurement.
• Manage and maintain Office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
• Manage IT help desk and administration.

• Proven track record in handling vendors and contractors and WSH-related projects.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.
