• Assist in the full spectrum of AR duties which includes invoice preparation, sales verification, month end closing and reconciliation.
• Prepare and process documents such as Invoices (Credit Terms & Cash Terms) & Credit Notes.
• Perform tracking & monitoring of collections & payments including updating of Aging list for dissemination to Sales team for follow up.
• Reconcile outstanding payments, billing disputes, discrepancy.
• Prepare & process Purchase Order (PO).
• Assist in the full spectrum of Stock duties which includes daily stock movement, monthly and year-end stock take.
• Ensure AR/AP/GL transaction into the accounting system timely and accurately

Main responsibilities

L2 engineer has a wide spectrum of responsibilities and actions.
He/She will be a technical RUN L2 engineer for workstations support in ASIA. As such, he/she will provide support and act as the L2 engineer for all production support activities within the EUC (End User Computing) team in Singapore. He/She is accountable for the overall health and stability of the technical environment within his/her scope. He/She has to effectively work with technical peers such as L1 & L3 engineers, experts and project teams on day today activities and projects. He/She will have control over the scope of technical activities, develop best practices, share knowledge.
As an experienced professional for Workstation, he/she:
· supports on all escalated incidents from L1
· Tasks and alert management
· Change management – Preparation of roadmaps, execution of RFC
is aware of the global IT structure so that he/she anticipates interrelationships within the organization,
actively engages to understand new technologies and technology trends and reviews them with a view to incorporating them into CACIB operations
Perform health checks as defined and take respective actions
Responsible for service request, change, escalated incidents and other tasks

Qualifications and Profile

· Minimum 3~10 years of experience supporting windows workstations, preferably in financial sector.
· Experience on technical solution troubleshoot workstations incidents
· In-depth working knowledge of the Windows environment with at least 3~5 years of Windows administration experience, strong understanding of network concepts and Active Directory.
· Mind-set for innovation to improve end users experience.
· In-depth working knowledge of Altiris deployment tools, Appsense and Visual Basic, PowerShell scripting.
· Ability to communicate in a highly professional manner with users, internal, and external partners
· Customer service oriented, able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
· Excellent communication, interpersonal and troubleshooting skills
· Must be self-motivated and directed and demonstrate a keen attention to detail and possess the ability to work autonomously
· Installing and configuring computer hardware PC/Laptops preferably HP/Dell exposure.
