Table Section:

· Be equipped with knowledge on using the right and required ingredients per product

· Perform filling for sweet breads according to product

Oven Section:

· Ensure right temperature and time setting per product being baked

Senior Stewarding Manager

Summary of Responsibilities:

The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are as listed below, but not limited to these:

• Ensure that all standards are met and that all steward executives, senior supervisors (senior team leaders), supervisors (team leaders), utility and senior utility persons are doing their proper tasks/duties and are adhering to all stewarding and hotel standards (uniform, grooming, etc.).
