Job Scope:

• Assist customers in daily bookings of cargo sales
• Assist in administering cargo bookings, e.g. loading flight reservations into the system/template and ensuring they are properly input, cutting airway bill.
• Planning of daily load of flights
• Ensure smooth uplifting of shipment by monitoring cargo movement through and following from warehouse, doing checks at the cargo warehouse, attending flights at the tarmac etc.
• Follow up with customers on any claims for missing or damaged cargo and any reservation queries.
• Other duties as assigned.
