Job Responsibilities:
· Accurately and safely perform timely testing of routine and non-routine lab samples in accordance with appropriate GMP, GLP and safety guidelines.
· Accurately maintain laboratory record system of submitted samples (to compile, analyze, evaluate and prepare reports).
· Recognize deviations from procedures, methods, etc., and initiates an investigation as required.
· Prepare certificate of analysis (COA), certificate of ingredients (COI) and health certificate.
· Assist in preparations of statistical reports and trend analysis from data compiled on a daily, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
· Coordinate with commercial laboratory for samples submission and result release.
· Maintain inventory of all laboratory supplies and consumables - inventory monitoring and control, raise purchase request.
· Maintain competency in all trained areas.
· Adhere to the laboratory quality control policies, document all quality control activities, instrument and procedural calibrations and maintenance performed.
· Be capable of identifying problems that may adversely affect test performance of test results, reporting of test results, correct the problems and immediate notify the superior.
· Engage in training exercise (Eg. ISO 17025 training, proficiency test, ring test) to fulfill compliance requirements.
· Ability to satisfactorily participate in proficiency testing programs.
· Maintain competency in all trained areas.
· Manage the sample retention room.
· Perform all related works as required.

· Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks.
· Experience with Root Cause Analysis.
· Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as a part of a team.
· Official Working Hours: Mon to Fri: 8am to 5pm, Alternate Sat: 8am to 12noon, Sun: Rest Day
Additional Information:
· The position is full-time non-remote, Monday through Friday, alternate Saturday, with flexibility to support weekends on occasion.
