Responsibilities:

• Full scope of shared services payroll processing for employees from different entities.
• Process monthly OT payment and reimbursement of staff claims.
• Responsible for billings and reconciliation of payroll accounts.
• Accurate submission of statutory monthly and/or yearly periodic filings such as but not limited to monthly CPF contribution / NS make-up claims / Maternity Leave claims / Enhanced Childcare Leave claims / ad-hoc IR21 etc.
• Manage the Time Management System (TMS).
• Manage or assist in any other ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in the relevant trade
• Knowledge in Singapore regulatory laws related to payroll
• At least 2 years’ experience in payroll processing in a company with headcount of more than 1000
• Good team player yet able to work independently
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to connect and network with people
