Responsibilities

• The FM Executive act as the key front line of tan IFM Contract in responding and attending to each Site and Employer Representatives, to ensure that the Works and Services under the Contract are rendered and performed professionally, effectively, and efficiently.
• The FM Executive shall assist the Senior FM and FM as the Site supervisors and assist the IFM Core Team in all site measurement and records, uploading of field data to centralised computer system and managing of IFM vendors.

Requirements

• The candidate shall possess a Diploma in Building or Facilities Management or relevant disciplines from a recognized establishment (with M&E background preferable) and a minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.

You will be a part of the Record To Report (RTR) Intercompany Team, that handles the full scope of Intercompany Processes, understanding and administering the end-to-end process from record to report. Your role will comprise and is not limited to the following:

• Handling queries from internal customers and vendors
• Maintaining an efficient and effective collection and settlement of the intercompany balances in Singtel Group
• Reconciliation for Interco GL, AR and AP balances
• Monthly reclassification of interco balances
• Preparation and submission of intercompany contra for settlement
• Assist in the of reporting for intercompany matters

Make an Impact by:

• Responsible for accounting functions for intercompany accounts and journal entries
• Ensure timely and accurate clearance of receipts, contra and write-offs
• Coordinate and liaise with internal customers to support intercompany activities (including SOA and aging)
• Issue Reminders, Statement of Accounts, collect and store relevant documents and follow-up with intercompany customers for outstanding balances
• Ensure timely responses to internal customer queries
• Perform intercompany reconciliation for intercompany pairs (accounts receivable, accounts payables and general ledger)
• Assist in the preparation of financial data analysis for intercompany AR processes and settlements
• Attend to annual audit confirmation requests for intercompany transactions and balances
• Any other ad hoc matters that may arise

Job Description:

• Consolidate and generate payroll data for 300+ employees (both local and expat)
• Responsible for full scope of payroll
• Main liaison to appointed payroll vendor on all payroll matters
• Handle payroll accounting tasks such as preparation of all payrolls related journals (including accruals) and uploading them into the system.
• Handle all income tax-related documents and matters
• Prepare payroll reports and check all data provided by the payroll vendor
• Monthly reconciliation of accounts for all entities in Singapore
• Manage annual statutory surveys and annual payroll audit schedules
• Manage and report information required in Statutory Accounts
• Manage Government Leave Grant
• Year-end accrual for unconsumed leave, tax processing fee and others
• Prepare benefits-in-kind for payroll upload.
• Assist Employee Services Executive in employee benefits programs administration, such as generating employees’ listings for employees’ insurance renewals, employee medical matters, etc.
• Support in preparation of journal and perform reconciliation.

Requirements:

• Diploma and above.
• Must have 3 - 5 years of working experience in Payroll position.
• Highly committed and comfortable with contractual role.
