Finance, HR & Admin Executive

Job Description

Assist Finance, HR & Admin Manager in his/her daily tasks including performing financial tasks as stipulated below

· Prepare and validate payment vouchers & invoices

· Check & validate settlement reports

· Track and manage all ARs and APs

· Review, validate & process refunds/reimbursements

Manage and perform general HR duties including tasks stipulated below:

· Recruitment (job portals) and arrange for interviews

· Employment documentation (EP Letter, T&Cs, COP, NDA, AB&CP, CSRP, PDPP, Entry/Exit Checklist

· Exit Interviews & documentation (Termination, Dismissal, Retrenchment)

· Onboarding & setting up of Employee ID, Salaries, medical screening, WP, SP & EP application

· Validate employee claims

Perform administrative functions including tasks stipulated below:

· Prepare & issue POs for all general purchases including office suppliers

· Assist to arrange company's events such as occasional company celebrations as and when required

The candidate should possess the following experience and attributes:

· Practical experience with accounting software (such as AutoCount), spreadsheets (such as MS Excel), and databases (such as MS Access) Have worked in a financial environment and hands on with monthly and yearly financial submissions and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines

· Works well in a team environment

· Good organizational and time management skills

· Always keeps the highest standards of compliance and confidentiality

You will effectively and efficiently manage the Reservations Department ensuring all inquiries are professionally dealt with, through prompt, effective, and proper reservations service to achieve maximum revenue by proactively converting sales inquiries in order to meet or exceed the revenue target.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handling the phone and email inquiries and being the face and voice of our guests.
• Maintain cordial relations with commercial clients.
• Creative in planning proposals, birthdays, and anniversary surprises.
• Follows up on tentative bookings and updates reservation status.
• Reviews no-show, cancelled reservations, and processes charges according to company policy.
• Handling the customer registration before boarding the ship.
• The successful applicant for this role must be committed to delivering excellent customer service and have a positive 'can do attitude'
• You will need to work during public holidays and weekends as our ship is chartered and sailing during these days.
• Able to speak mandarin to liaise and connect with our customer from China.

Must be Mandarin speaking (Bi-lingual)

Position open to Singaporeans only
Salary: $2,700 - $3,200 depending upon experience

• Handle partial/full set accounts
• Periodic reconciliation and updating of bank statement
• Preparation of monthly financial reports and schedules
• Processing of export and import documentation and payment after validation of various requirements as per work process in place
