1. BROAD FUNCTION

The Executive Assistant will play a pivotal role in supporting the smooth functioning of administrative processes and ensuring the seamless execution of training programs. Documentation & Compliance:

• Conduct thorough compliance checks of proposals to ensure adherence to client RFP/RFQ requirements.
• Develop, maintain, and update templates, proposal materials, and databases to support continuous improvement in proposal preparation.
• Maintain accurate records of submitted proposals and keep track of success rates and feedback.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in proposal or bid management, preferably in an engineering, construction, or consultancy environment.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe InDesign or other desktop publishing software.
• Preferred: Experience in coordinating bids for large-scale engineering or construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Keep abreast of all relevant laws, regulations and corporate governance requirements including data privacy, Charities Act etc.
• Develop, review, and update compliance policies and procedures. Ensure policies align with the relevant laws and regulations.
• Ensure timely submissions to the relevant authorities.
• Support the Board, Executive Committee, and Audit and Risk Management Committee meetings.
• Support maintenance of the enterprise risk management framework including working with key risk owners and stakeholders to identify new risks and develop/review risk mitigation plans.
• Support management reporting to key stakeholders including the board.

Requirements

Job Purpose

This role is responsible for managing and supporting external vendor operation relations and performance.

Responsibilities

• Perform as functional bridge and coordinate all vendor management tasks amongst external vendors and internal stakeholders.

The Program in Translational and Clinical Liver Cancer Research is a dynamic enterprise within the National Cancer Centre Singapore (NCCS) that conducts leading clinical and translational research in primary liver cancer (hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC)). Nested within the program is the Secretariat of the Asia-Pacific Hepatocellular Carcinoma (AHCC) Trials Group. Job Description:

This role is ideal for a motivated individual who enjoys thinking and managing projects independently but also as a team player.

You will be part of an active research enterprise management team that closely works with other teams in clinical research coordination, wet laboratory research and bioinformatics. The Program encompasses a wide range of of biomedical research from upstream and translational studies to prospective multi-site clinical studies.
