• Plan and manage search/appointment, re-appointment, post retirement re-employment for various tracks, including tenured, tenure-track, lecturer track, faculty associate, adjunct and visiting
• Work with HR and Leaders in seeking approvals on leadership appointments and re-appointment
• Plan and manage Promotion and Tenure (PT) and Educator-Track & Practice-Track Promotion Exercise
• Assist in planning and implementing performance appraisal exercise, seek inputs from HRBP and ACF on the plan and co-facilitate with HRBP the Performance Review Board (PRB) meeting
• Support in the conceptualization and implementation of development initiatives such as mentorship programme
• Support Chair and ACF in building a nurturing, positive, performance based and forward-looking school culture and professional best practices
• Arrange for campus visit/research seminar and student lecture/interviews; arranging candidates’ accommodation and schedules for campus visits, and assisting in reimbursement
• Assist Cluster Lead/HRBP on disciplinary or grievances matters
• Support Chair, ACF and HRBP in preparing various reports on HR matters, analyzing and identifying issues and providing recommendations

HR Policies, Processes and Systems

• Assist HRBP and partner with fellow HR Team members across Schools in driving development, standardisation and improvement of HR related processes, standard operation procedures (SOPs), and systems, with the objective of achieving operational efficiency & effectiveness, compliance with regulations and policies, and service excellence
• Educate employees on policy/system changes and implications, as well as understand and gather their feedback and input

HR Partnership

• Assist HRBP in partnering and supporting stakeholders and employees in a proactive and consultative approach on a full spectrum of HR functions
• Provide professional advice on the interpretation of HR policies and procedures, employment legislation, performance management, recruitment and rewards strategies
• Partner with HR Centre of Excellence and relevant key stakeholders in the delivery of key HR projects such as employee engagement surveys, people development programs, change management plans, performance management and promotional exercises etc.

Requirements

• Degree with minimum 3-5 years of relevant HR working experience
• Able to multi-task and prioritize effectively with outstanding attention to details
• Strong planning, organizational and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Able to build and maintain effective interpersonal relationships at all levels; handle sensitive matters with tact and discretion, while building trust and upholding confidentiality
• Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Good knowledge of Employment Act and Labour Laws would be advantageous

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Manager, Digital Acquisition, MEA to join our team. This role will be based in Singapore and will be reporting directly to the Director of Digital Acquisition, MEA APAC and is responsible for the implementation and analysis of Accor’s digital acquisition activities (including SEA, metasearch, affiliation, and retargeting) across MEA region.  

Other responsibilities that this role will have includes driving lever performance, managing agency partners to improve campaign efficiency and deliver incremental revenue growth. The role will work global acquisition teams and agencies/media partners in region, ensuring that new hotels are onboarded into the digital acquisition performance funding program.  

It consists in analyzing and implementing the digital acquisition strategy in all countries across MEA (and overseas towards MEA hotels) to acquire and retain guest by targeting them across the customer journey and support in the delivery of the strategy and performance for the entire MEA APAC region. 

The Manager, Digital Acquisition leads the regional partnership with the appointed media agencies and key publishers, the role will provide guidance and support to the digital teams in countries and is responsible for the digital acquisition campaign and deliverable through defined KPIs.

Getting to know the role and your responsibilities: 

Optimize Online Advertising and Acquisition Strategy Across MEA 

• Analyze & optimize the investment strategy across online channels paid search, metasearch, affiliates, retargeting & App download campaigns in order to acquire new customers and retain existing customers and loyalty members at the best cost. 

• Optimize towards business goals by type of activity on a yearly basis. 

• Monitor & adapt the campaign strategy based on the current situation of the region/market. 

• Proactively initiate pilots with new publishers/technology in order to optimize investments towards business goals. 

• Develop advanced audience targeting techniques in order to further optimize investment.  

• Animate global JBP (mainly Google, Microsoft, etc.) regionally.

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Manager, Digital Media, Asia to join our team. This role will be based in Singapore and will be reporting directly to the Director of Digital Media, MEA APAC and is responsible for optimizing online media to generate quality traffic to Accor direct platforms that converts into Room Nights/Revenue to Accor hotels in Middle East, Africa, Turkey, Asia and Pacific (MEA APAC). 

It consists of implementing and analyzing Accor’s digital media strategy in all countries across MEA APAC to acquire and retain guests by targeting them across the customer journey and support in the delivery of the strategy and performance for the entire region. 

The Digital Media Manager is responsible for supporting the relationship with appointed media agencies and key publishers, plus identifying new paid media opportunities within region. The position also provides strategic guidance and support to the digital media teams in countries and is responsible for the performance of paid media campaigns and deliverables through defined KPIs.

Getting to know the role and your responsibilities: 

Executing and Optimizing MEA APAC Paid Media 

• Briefing, analyzing and challenging agencies to deliver innovative and effective media plans across online display (including programmatic and paid social). 

• Leading the alignment on media KPIs to ensure all paid media is measurable. 

• Conducting research and audience analysis to identify target demographics and optimal media channels.

• Implements fast local adoption of Global Joint Business Plans and objectives, adjusting to meet local specificities (including Google, Meta, Microsoft).

• Supports the tracking and attribution of media activities to support ongoing investment (ie. Ekimetrics).
