As the key driver of the outlet, he/she will be responsible for leading a team of full-time and part-time service crew and baristas to meet and/or exceed sales revenue, and to deliver a high level of product and service excellence in accordance with the company’s strategic plans.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations at the assigned outlet
• Oversee staffing at the outlet including hiring and rostering
• Ensure the consistency and quality of food and beverage products and compliance with SFA regulations at all times
• Conduct regular product and service training and ensure that a high level of service standards at all times
• Manage operating expenses and be accountable for P&L
• Stock management - ordering and storage of products, liaising with internal and external stakeholders
• Respond and manage all customer feedback and enquiries - both online and offline
• Facilitate bookings, events and promotions in alignment with sales and marketing plan
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management and/or immediate superior

Job Requirements:

• At least 3 years of relevant working experience
• Candidates who possess a Food Hygiene certificate will have an added advantage
• Team player with a good learning attitude and keen interest to develop professionally in specialty coffee industry
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership, self-motivated and good people skills

Responsibilities:

• Ensure team briefings are carried out before each service period
• Implement and ensure that Food Safety and Hygiene standards are met at all times
• Ensure that all food is prepared according to quality, taste and hygiene guidelines established by the Company
• Train and develop the team to deliver the food to a high standard
• Ensure readiness for service and that the pace is set for peak times
• Ensure that all food is presented for service in a timely manner and in correct sequence

• Conducting site visit and discussion with the client on layout plan.
• Oversee the interior design process for the entire project consistent with timeline, budget and program.
• Preferably bilingual in English & Mandarin to liaise effectively with Mandarin & Cantonese speaking clients.
• Knowledge of construction materials, details, furniture, fabrics and lighting etc.
• Good interpersonal & communication skills. Maintain good relationships and build rapport with clients and subcontractors.

• Assist and support Senior Sales Team with strategizing and maximizing sales
• Assist in overseeing & ensuring overall smooth operations of renovation progress, and guide junior sales personnel.
• Handle Enquires and respond to customer feedback.
• Support the after-sales processes for matters pertaining to Job Order Forms, receipt of payments and project handover.
• Setting a good example of performance and product knowledge to the sales associates.
• Develop marketing strategies to bring more revenue to the store.
• Must able to bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with supplier and clients.
