• Identifying and assessing potential hazards in the workplace
• Conducting regular risk assessments and recommending measures to mitigate identified risks
• Providing safety training to employees on a regular basis
• Conducting orientation programs for new employees to familiarize them with safety protocols
• Performing regular inspections of the workplace to identify and rectify safety hazards
• Conducting safety audits to ensure compliance with WSH standards
• Investigating accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine the root causes
• Developing and implementing corrective and preventive actions based on investigation findings
• Keeping abreast of changes in safety regulations in Singapore
• Ensuring that the company remains in compliance with WSH acts
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned from time to time
• Work in multiple locations

Requirement

• Registered WSH Officer/Safety Officer with MOM
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in WSH for building/construction industry
• Possess a minimum Diploma in Environment, Health and Safety Management or related field
• Excellent people management skills and good interpersonal skills

- Oversee operations and cleanliness on ground

- Perform general cleaning to maintain cleanliness

- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards

- Prepare operations reports and other administrative duties

- Assist in operations on ground as and when required

- Any other related duties assigned by manager
