• In partnership with the Sales, Client Executives, look to understand the front to back needs of our clients with the aim of providing them with the most optimal client experience.
• Partner with prospective clients to outline CITI client offering, also partner with Prime brokerage, sales and relationship sales.
• Provide clients with clear and concise updates relating to (market events, delays, or technology issues)
• Perform analytics to review client performance, make suggestions on how to optimise the clients flow through system and client analysis.
• Participate in documentation of business requirements and testing of new processes, systems roll outs and UAT for strategic projects both internal and external (including mandatory)
• Understand the product and regulatory environment impacting our client portfolio base along with the group procedures and CITI policy’s.

Essential Requirements

• Relevant Industry Experience: 2 to 5 years relevant experience in Financial Organization i.e. Investment Banking / Investment Management / Hedge Fund / Exchange
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts clearly and effectively to a diverse audience.
• Problem-Solving: Proven track record of resolving client issues efficiently and effectively, with a focus on delivering tailored solutions that meet clients' unique needs.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in client communications, transactions, and reporting.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience in Business, Accounting, or Finance

Preferred Requirements:

• Client Relationship Management - demonstrated ability to build, maintain and enhance long term relationships with a portfolio of clients
• Experience with futures products from perspective of Clearing Broker, Exchange or Buy Side
• Experience of margin and collateral processes for Exchange Derivative products

JOB SCOPE

Guest Relations Officer will assist the Front Office Manager in providing good customer service to guests and walk in guests.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Attend to guests enquiries, complaints and follow up on the complaints made by guests.

2. Assist in attending to guests check in and check out as and when needed when there is a shortage of manpower for the Front Desk Reception Officer.

3. Escort guests to their allocated guest rooms and show them the amenities in the room.

4. Periodically check lobby elevators, door and front driveway to ensure it is not overcrowded.

5. Assist in the billing of guests invoices.

6. Ensure that Bell hops and Doorman are available to attend to transfer the luagages of the guests from their hotel rooms to the Front Desk Counter to carry out their check out registration.

7. Perform other ad-hoc duty as assigned by HOD.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Possess a Certificate in Hotel Accommodation from SHATEC or any private training institute.

2. At least two (2) years of relevant working experiences in the hospitality industry.

3. Customer oriented and with good working attitude.

4. Able to work independently and as well as a team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the Reservation Manager in planning, coordinating and controlling room reservation operations in the Hotel.
• Handle tour groups/ad hoc groups convention bookings and or correspondence pertaining to contracts by commercial companies, Travel Agents and Airlines.
• Ensure that the Front Desk staff, Reservation Agents are kept up to date with information concerning the hotel and department.
• Ensure that all daily transactions are keyed into the computer system and updated.
• Handle all incoming mails for reservations and highlights the important requirements and information.
• Attend to all replies for letters and fax with regards to room reservations.
• Perform other duties as and when assigned by the Managements.

• Fluent in spoken and written English to manage hotel guests, hotel's system and various reports.
