Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management.
• At least 10 years of experience in the F&B industry and 8 years of senior managerial experience is required for this role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing F&B operations.
• Experience in financially and commercially planning.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Experience in hotel management or fine dining concepts will be advantageous.

• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm, Saturday 8.30am – 12.30pm)

Key Responsibilities

• Engaging in physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and operating machinery.
• Ensuring tools and equipment are in good working condition.
• Performing routine maintenance and minor repairs.
• Cleaning and preparing construction sites by removing debris and obstacles.
• Loading and unloading construction materials.
• Transporting materials and equipment to job sites.
• Assisting in the delivery and positioning of materials.
• Performing general labour tasks as directed by supervisors.
