5.5 days / week

8.30am - 5.30pm (1 hour lunch break)

$1,800 / month (3 months probation $1,700)

Review electrical engineering drawings and refer issues requiring changes.

Assign job tasks and work as per electrical project schedules.

Review all electrical drawings with Leadmen performing on assigned jobs to them.

Stimulate fabrication standards to ensure quality work attained from assigned staff.

Recruit, guide, train, monitor and terminate assigned employees as required.

Recommend effective solutions specified particular weight related to employment status of employees.

Schedule, assign, plan and supervise electrical shop personnel performance on different electrical projects.

Plan and prepare work and equipment usage schedule

Roles & Responsibilities

· Supervision of workers and subcontractors on daily site activities

· Keep track of the site schedule to ensure works are on time

· Compliance to safe work procedures and maintain good house-keeping

· Ensure safety matters on site and quality of completed works

· Assist Project Manager in material and equipment acquisition

· Supervise site electrical installation.

·Confirm progress reports, monitor project activities

.Raise purchase requisition

·Liaise with Project Manager

·Prepare documents for electrical testing

·Rectify and repair electrical issues at site

·Prepare and submit tender quotations

·Submit progress claims, monitor project activities

·Project planning, execute resource management and control

·Co-ordinate with sub-contractors, suppliers and Consultants for Building Construction

.Electrical Works

·Arrange and monitor work progress

·Monitor project costing to ensure project to be completed within budget and on time delivery.

.To be in charge of task allocation, scheduling and worker training

· To ensure all the design/installation detail can be done according to site condition

· Site supervision and highlight to Project Engineer on the installation matter/changes

· Material calculation & Labor cost estimating.

· Liaising with resident technical officer and consultant when necessary

· Ensure workers’ safe work procedure.
