Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the 3PL Logistics industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for Contract Logistics Manager to join their warehouse team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West - easily assessible.

Jobs Scope:

• Oversee daily warehouse, receiving, distribution, and maintenance operations.
• Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization.
• Develop and implement effective operational policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with regulations related to warehousing, handling, and shipping.
• Manage stock control, ensuring data accuracy and reconciliation.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets, monitor spending, and address variances.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and transport partners to ensure smooth operations.
• Lead the recruitment, training, and management of warehouse staff.

Requirement:

• Degree in related field
• Relevant experience in warehouse operations
• Prior experience in implement process improvement is a bonus
