The Solutions Manager (“Manager”) is a key commercial position that is dedicated to delivering Mesh Bio’s healthcare software solutions to customers and partners. The Manager is expected to work together with other company functions, including the Engineering department and the Product Designer in meeting customers’ needs.
Responsibilities and Duties
● Explore and evaluate new opportunities, validate customers, and identify new business models and areas where Mesh Bio’s Health Screening solutions can add significant, differentiated value.
● Lead the customer’s discovery process for new products, helping to unearth the customer’s business objectives and current pain points and translating to user requirements specification.
● Ability to wear multiple hats including product, marketing, and business to quickly assess product, technology, and business risks, competitive landscape, differentiation, etc.
● Draft up product requirements specifications that match product features and capability built on users’ requirements.
● Act as a key liaison between Product, Sales, and Engineering, funnelling customer feedback to help shape the product roadmap.
● Assist in conducting competitive analyses and preparing go-to-market plans for new features, including early-stage needs finding user research, and market analysis.
● Work closely with the Product Designer and the Engineering teams to build prototypes, test, and iterate.
● Conduct Proofs-of-Concept/Pilots where necessary to help customers validate technical requirements.
● Assist in delivering value-based demonstrations highlighting our platform’s ecosystem
● Lead and manage the implementation of product new features, along with the Engineering department.
● Serves as Technical Lead for Healthcare Solution Engineers and Customer Success Specialists and manages their tech-related issues and communications with Engineering
● Assist in managing the implementation and onboarding of new customers
● Assist in managing the product vision and product roadmap
● Contribute to the success of a rapidly changing and growing organization
● Some regional travel may be required
Qualifications
● Min Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Biomedical engineering, or equivalent
3 - 5 years prior experience working with an early-stage proprietary product in a life science, healthcare, or medical device setting
● Comfortable and confident in speaking to doctors and healthcare workers.
● Comfortable with collaboration, open communication, and reaching across functional borders
● Ability to multi-task and manage tasks with varying priorities Personality requirements: Self-starter, client-oriented, independent, and able to function in a dynamic start-up environment.
