  To make sure site work progress follows the Schedule given by the Main-Contractor
• To work closely with main-office staff to prepare monthly Progress Claims, Payment Certificates, or the like.
  To advise both Main-Contractor and Sub-Contractor personnel on technical knowledge pertaining to site works (E.g. Reference lines, datum lines, etc).
• To study shop-drawings and make sure the site team has the latest set
• To manage and review Sub-Contractor(s) and their monthly performance.
• To prepare Method of Statement as and when necessary, for specific works.
• To manage and account for all materials & equipment delivered to site
• To prepare and manage worker Organizational Chart for both the Company’s workers and Supply Worker alike.
• To prepare and manage site Tools List. Any material or tools left on site premises must be accounted for at all times.
• To manage workers’ time cards. Must make sure workers, especially supply workers, do not work unnecessary overtime.
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the Project Manager.

• Knowledge of construction methods and technologies and an ability to interpret technical drawings and contracts
