Key Responsibilities

• Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients
• Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
• Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
• Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
• Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
• Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
• Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
• Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics

• Degree holder in Business Administration or its equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of related working experience, prior experience in construction is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Ownership of a class 3 driving license is required.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Team leading and execution of Transaction Support engagements

• Performing Transaction Support work which includes financial due diligence and other aspects of buyside support services which may include conduct of preliminary review on potential targets, assisting in term sheet development, providing input to definitive agreements and project management to assist with the completion of transactions.

• Performing reorganisation work to help client with assimilation of target for corporate growth

• Assisting in other advisory work such as valuation, mergers & acquisitions and business planning.

• Working closely with directors on client management, practice development, and business development activities.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy or Business

• Professional qualification in accounting will be an added advantage.

• Ideally 5 years auditing experience acquired within an accounting or professional services firm.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently, develop good relationships with senior management, and operate well within a team environment.

Primary Responsibility

• Basic understanding of making Tradditional coffee, Tea...etc
• Take clients’ orders and serving beverages accordingly
• Will prepare and serve our full range of hot and cold drinks, sweet and savoury snacks.
• Maintain presentation and tidiness at Cashier Counter, enforcing a high standard of hygiene and sanitation
• Estimate demand and making the coffee accordingly, without making unnecessary wastage
• Assist in set-up of display counter and condiments counter for service
• Perform cashiering duties, handle cash and Point of Sales Machines, and do daily closing and balancing of cash

Customer Service

• Be polite in clients’ presence
• Assist clients with regards to outlet operation
• Update clients’ feedbacks immediately to supervisor
• Have good eye contact when speaking with another
• Communicate effectively including with team members

Hygiene and Work Safety

• Practice good food hygiene and personal hygiene
• Take care to prevent any food contamination
• Reinforce all outlets follow strictly
• Observe safe work procedures when handling equipment
• Strictly follow employees’ entrance and emergency procedures at clients’ premise

Able to converse in English & Mandarin

Able to work long hours, weekend & public holiday

Skills/Qualifications

・ Bachelor’s degree or above required

・ Language skills of Japanese and English. Only Japanese language is available in order to communicate with Japanese HQ’s

・ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

・ Working experience with International Trading company for more than 15years

・ Ability to think critically, adapt to changing circumstances, and solve complex problems

・ Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and departments

・ Working experience in Accounting Dept, preparing consolidated financial statements

・ Understanding of standard principles of accounting, such as GAAP, International Financial Reporting Standards

・ Familiarity with accounting software to manage financial data efficiently

・ Sufficient knowledge about Legal to negotiate contract condition and so on

・ Sufficient knowledge about credit to analyze customers’ financial statements

・ Knowledge about international trading including triangular trade

・ Knowledge about L/C, D/P, TTR bank settlement and international transportation

・ Experience in identifying process inefficiencies and recommending improvements to enhance operational effectiveness

・ Proficiency in assessing and identifying potential risks within an organization’s operations

・ Proficiency in conducting internal audits, including risk management, control evaluation, and compliance verification

・ Upholding professional ethics, independence, and objectivity in audit processes

・ Understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements

・ Qualification of Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
