Job Responsibilities

Job Purpose

The Content Specialist is an integral part of the in-house production team to capture, produce and edit videos, photos and other multimedia content to showcase stories. The content seeks to increase awareness of key narratives as well as behind-the-scenes efforts. The Content Specialist is required to have advanced skills in video production and creative editing with a fine eye for storytelling to enhance brand reputation.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop multimedia (audio/video) social media content, brand marketing videos by leveraging AI, and to support company-wide projects for publicity

• Develop a master call list and make five quality calls per week with outcome updates. Efficiency utilizes digital tools to perform advanced data mining such as prospect accounts, record and maintain customer database in RAD CRM platform, and coordinate the assigned territory activities with peers and field partners
• Ensure all scientific programs are effectively implemented and targeted for growth based on Return-on-Investment Planning
• Achieve profitable and sustainable growth and individual sales targets for the Radiology business.
• Generate and implement the annual territory plan on the assigned territory to develop the value proposition of each account, analyzing potential accounts for strategies, action plans, and resource planning.

WHO YOU ARE:

• Bachelor's or Degree in Business, Marketing, or clinically relevant field to radiography with an understanding of a clinical workflow.
• Min 3 years of working experience in radiology or at least 3-5 years of sales and marketing experience.
• Strong Presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills to coach others on using products and clinical applications. Increase results in terms of sales and quality with customers by excellence in clinical differentiation. Have the ability to lead and motivate others.

CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT

• Conceptualise curriculum projects that cater to low income children that meet their learning needs;
• Prototype new approaches in teaching and learning with existing teachers. The approaches would need to be anchored on evidence-informed practices;
• Lead professional development through designing resources in collaboration with other team members to meet the needs of our teachers. This includes working with partners beyond CDAC to drive an innovative culture of learning and team spirit;

TUTORING

• Assist in covering tutor duties when required.
• Tutor and coach students who need academic support in one or more subjects (English, Science or Chinese language) for Primary and Secondary levels for CDAC Tuition Programme students.
