Core responsibilities: IT Administrator is responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure. This individual participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure. This individual ensures that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational values, enabling staff, and Partners.
- Monitoring and maintaining networks and servers (on-prem & Cloud).
- Administration of Desktop, Server, Network Device (Firewall, Router & Switches), Printer & IT related equipment
- Upgrading, installing, and configuring new hardware and software to meet company objectives.
- Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.
- Creating user accounts and performing access control from Domain / In-house applications
- Performing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize computer systems.
- Simulate phishing threat test quarterly and customized phishing awareness training for the employees who exhibit the riskiest behaviour in an organization.
- To ensure all backup schedules are running.
- To perform disaster data recovery exercises annually with the team.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments for networks, applications, and operating systems (All the servers under Boustead Group) annually.
- Resolves those critical / severe vulnerabilities found in vulnerability assessments.
- Conduct staff onboarding and offboarding.
- Perform IT asset disposal of obsolete hardware / software annually.
- Assisting in regular IT audits.
- Manage IT Asset Inventory.
- Design and develop E-learning content on a wide variety of topics (soft skills topics, orientation, procedure processes).
- Provide daily internal end-users support on computers, laptops, telephone, network access, office applications, various office equipment and ad-hoc service requests for both local and remote locations.
