JOB DESCRIPTION

• To maintain office and ship’s computer systems and communications systems.
• To manage, maintain and improve existing IT Solutions.
• To support ship’s by visiting onboard or remotely.
• To assist to resolve IT issues encountered by Vessels or Office Staff:
• Install software, hardware, and applications for both office & vessel.

• Personally manage Active Directory and Office 365.
• Maintain secure operation of computer systems, servers, and network connections.
• Implemented and maintained standards and procedures to protect the security and integrity of information systems and data.
• Maintain appropriate access control utilizing least privilege principles.
• Patch Management of servers and enterprise software utilizing change management processes.
• Review firewall logs for security violations.
• Review server log for performance, user, and security audits.
• Identify security issues and risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• ITE / Diploma or equivalent degree in Information Technology/Science/Engineering Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar capacity.
• Possess basic knowledge of either Maritime Communications, Maritime IT or Marine Electronics would be preferred.
• Good computer skills and understanding in IT networking infrastructure, software, and server applications.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Probe Equipment Technologist to join our team. As a Probe Equipment Technologist, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing semiconductor probe equipment. This role requires a strong technical background, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and repairs on probe stations and associated equipment.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve equipment issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Process Optimization: Collaborate with engineers to optimize probe processes for yield improvement.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Provide continued support for system post go live (Review Change Requests, and prepare submission for approvals etc)
• Provide advisory, assist to drive and support initiatives of departments. (e.g. New services)
• Co-ordinate with work stream and project leads to report and document on the project status of various projects.
• Work with Departments IT SPOCs or representatives to plan; and ensure that the departments IT budget are submitted timely.
• Monitor and track utilisation of department IT budget.
• Manage and track on the system/devices risks and any deviation; and take appropriate mitigation action.
• Data Compliance – Lead the team to work with relevant stakeholders in establishing, maintaining and compliance of the data
• User Access Governance – Lead the team in establishing, reviewing and audit of the user access policy and procedures.
• IT Audit Management – Lead and conduct audits as per required (Routine/Ad Hoc)

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology, Business Analysis or equivalent, with at least 15 years of relevant experiences.
• Prior experience in healthcare industry, business analysis, project coordination, communications or change management are added advantages.
• Able to drive strategy, design, implementation to deployment.
• Project management capabilities and experience in driving a cohesive team and cross teaming environment.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting on network, system, hardware and software at HQ and Sites
• Assist in set up of new PCs and install and manage software on PCs
• Perform system administration and user account management
• Perform procurement, installation and maintenance of the IT infrastructure (hardware and software)
