Requirements

· Recognised Degree in Architecture or equivalent with at least 2 years working experience in building or construction projects

· Good knowledge in architectural works

· Good Planning Skills

· Good communicative skills, able to interact with people of all levels and teamwork

· Knowledge of BIM / VDC technology and Proficient in AutoCAD will be an added advantage

· Organized, highly motivated and independent with excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills

Requirement & Duties:

1) Holding valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License, with clean

records and have good knowledge in Singapore routes.

2) Renovation field experience, bilingual in English & Mandarin.

3) Working week – 6 days.

4) Coordinating, monitoring project progress at site.

5) Assist in some ad hoc tasks, when necessary.
