Job Requirements

• Degree in Architecture, and as a registered architect, with minimum 6 years of local working experience OR
• Diploma in Architecture with minimum 8 years of local working experience
• Proficient in project management and architectural trades
• Proficient in trades coordination via Revit/Bentley platform
• Eye for details in architectural shop drawings
• Excellent team player, good interpersonal skills and a “can-do” attitude
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Completed min 2 CONQUAS building project
• Preferably with Design & Build Building experience

General and Task Management  Plan, manage and evaluate logistics operations liaising with internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistics providers, transportation companies and customers  Create and implement best practice logistics principles, policies and processes across the organisation to improve operational and financial performance  Deliver solutions to logistics problems while maintaining high levels of quality and service within budgetary requirements  Monitor quality, quantity, delivery times, and transport costs  Negotiate rates and contracts with transportation and logistics providers  Recommend optimal transport modes, routes or frequency  Select carriers/suppliers and monitor service against performance criteria  Ensure carrier compliance with company policies or procedures for product transit or delivery  Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports or customer issues  Review impact of logistics changes, such as routing, shipping modes, product volumes or carriers and report results to others  Assess and make recommendations for logistics processes in potential new facilities or plants and advise of cost implications and efficiency  Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify inefficiencies and cost optimisation opportunities  Ensure the integrity of inventory accuracy and manage stock movements with the help of direct reports  Identify and resolve any inventory discrepancies and ensure inventory and system records are in agreement  Keep track of slow moving and obsolete stock  Identify savings by removing waste or unnecessary steps in the logistics process  Interpret trends and analyse and review data. Provide meaningful logistics data to others in the organisation to aid customer service and cost improvements  Ensure IT systems in place are effective, maintained and accurate  Ensure metrics, reports, and process documentation is available

• Manage and oversee transportation projects from start to finish.
• Develop and implement project plans and schedules.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and smooth operation.
• Monitor project progress, budget, and performance against established goals and objectives.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Communicate regularly with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure that all parties are aligned.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies and procedures.
• Provide regular status updates and reports to upper management.
• Continuously evaluate and improve project processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Salary: Basic up to $2,400 + OT + Bonus

Job scope:
- Manage the physical oil stocks in the Fragrance inventory
- Coordinate the movement of oil samples in and out of the Fragrance inventory.
- Prepare monthly reports on oil inventory in the Sample compactor to the Manager.
- Be part of the Sample Production team to receive sample requests, plan for sample production and execute the plan.

Job requirement:
- Diploma in engineering/logistic and supply chain
