We are seeking an individual with experience in the construction and/or operations of technology facilities for the Equipment Asset Coordinator (EAC) position. Job scope

1. Data entry for any relevant to school transportation

2. To in charge in company school bus daily operation.

3. Responsible in assisting customer queries (feedback, rates and complaints).

4. To arrange route and source for sub-contractor to cover for school trip.

5. Might require to be present at school during dismissal time to coordinate between driver and the teacher.

6. To standby and replace drivers in unforeseen situations.

7. Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing BIM deliverables such as BIM Models, BIM Execution Plans, Clash Detection Reports, BIM Quality Control Plans, BIM Design Review Procedures
• Lead technical team in BIM operations from setting up of project to modelling to troubleshooting of model issues to ensure timely delivery of BIM model for Client’s design reviews, statutory submissions, CORENET X and tender documentation
• Develop project BIM execution plans, coordinate and resolve issues arising from BIM operations with other consultants
• Ensure quality and standard of BIM workflow and deliverables are met by the project team
• Review all BIM supporting infrastructure & software of the office and recommend improvement plans
• Responsible for supervising and training of BIM department

Requirements:

• Minimum 8-10 years’ relevant experience
• Certificate from BCA BIM modelling course or equivalent
• Diploma or Degree in Architecture / BIM or equivalent

• To support the construction team for M&E engineering works.
• Oversee and ensure works are carried out in accordance with the approved drawings, materials and method statements.
• Conduct inspections for all M&E systems.
• Ensure all M&E and related works carried out by contractor are planned and executed to the requirements of the project.
• Liaise with consultants, clients and subcontractors on M&E works progress, coordination and decisions.
