**Job Responsibilities:**

**Qualifications:**

4) Experience in event planning and execution, with preference given to candidates who have independently organized large-scale events.

• Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, including scheduling appointments and meetings.
• Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and messages.

Job Scope:

• Reports to the Authority and ensure proper maintenance of event site.
• Involve in the pre-condition and post-condition checks of the event site and support in the documentation of any defect spotted throughout the duration of the site usage.
• Work and liaise closely with Managing Agent (MA) of the Venue and promptly rectify any issues feedback by the MA.
• Conduct inspection during pre and post-con and provide timely update to the Authority. To also document the reinstatement required.

• Independent, observant, responsible and able to perform operational tasks assigned.

Requirement

• Min 5 years’ experience in Facility management
• Preferably experience in event setting
• Medically fit
• Must be available by mid-November
• 3 to 6 months service (about 10 visits in total)
• Attained relevant certification (e.g. Certified Facilities Manager or Certified Facilities Management Expert).

Responsibilities

• Supervise the progress of M&E works on site.
• Coordination of sub-contractor's M&E work and ensuring the work is on schedule.
• Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications / drawings for Electrical, ACMV, Plumbing, Sanitary & Fire protection etc.
• Ensure contractor comply with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering recognised by Singapore Professional Engineers Board (PEB) in Civil Engineering or equivalent with 3 to 5 years of working experience in the construction industry.
• Required Skill(s): Autocad, Microsoft Office
• Class 3 License preferred
