Roles & Responsibilities

• Planning, scheduling, development of sub-programs/ tracking programs for construction operations.
• Scope planning – Specifying the in-scope requirements for the project to facilitate creating the work breakdown structure.
• Preparation of work breakdown structure, i.e into tasks and sub-tasks.
• Project Schedule Development, i.e listing the entire schedule of activities and detailing their sequence of implementation.

Responsibilities would include:

• Support the Asset Management department to formulate and execute asset management strategies and plans for the real estate portfolio, including marketing strategies to optimise income and realise the highest value of assets
