JOB DESCRIPTION

House Officers are provisionally registered doctors and are still under training. They are allowed limited responsibilities and are closely supervised by their seniors

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Clerking all new cases in their assigned wards/teams and initiating emergency treatment

2. Participating in the general management of all patients under their care, including but not limited to:

• Active involvement in daily ward rounds

• Ordering and reviewing of investigations and treatment

• Performing and/or assisting in basic procedures and interventions

• Communicating with patients, relatives, and colleagues

3. Updating and completing case records of all patients under their care

4. Night calls

5. Participating in department training activities and meetings

• Graduation from one of the medical schools recognized by the Singapore Medical Council

Job Descriptions:-

• Review and revise the Safety Management System for continual improvement.
• Review, establish and upkeep the Safe Work procedure and Risk Assessment for the main contractor, subcontractor and suppliers.
• Conduct safety training related to the activity based on Safe Work Procedure / Risk Assessment Ensure risk assessment for all work activities are conducted and propose recommendation and also, review them when necessary.
• Conduct monthly WSH Committee Meeting and put up safety reports including safety indices.

• Facilitate and conduct internel auditing to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 standards.

• Lead and manage site WSH matters for both, the company and subcontractors Supervise and provide guidance to the security operations.

Job Overview:

• In this role, you will collaborate with a team to process payroll across multiple cycles (main and off-cycle). You will ensure the accuracy of data interfacing from the HR Information System to the Payroll System, facilitating timely and accurate salary disbursements. Additionally, you will provide feedback and suggest improvements to enhance system operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end payroll for an organization with a headcount of 500 or more, including pro-rating salaries for new hires and leavers, submitting monthly CPF contributions and refunds, processing NS and Government Paid Leave claims, handling transport/dental claims from employees, verifying bank details, and ensuring timely submission of bank files. Provide payroll general ledger information to the finance team for reconciliation.
• Work with HR business partners to gather necessary data and inputs for relevant pay elements.
• Identify and report data inaccuracies in payroll systems to managers and clients, recommending improvements and solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Maintain secure archival of payroll files to support annual and ad-hoc audits.
• Respond professionally and clearly to queries from employees and clients via email, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels, ‘A’ Levels, or Diploma.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in end-to-end payroll and/or claims processing, preferably with knowledge of SAP systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level.
• Preference for candidates with customer-facing experience.

Purpose of Classification:

Duties:

• Inspects, repairs, and tests fire extinguishers using hand tools, hydrostatic test equipment, and monitoring devices.

• Dismantles extinguishers and examines mechanical parts, extinguishing agents, and expelling means; replaces worn or damaged parts.

• Inspect, maintain emergency showers and eyewashes.

• Inspects, tests, and repairs systems such as smoke detectors, sprinklers, and dry stand pipe systems, and pull systems.

• Assists in fire safety inspection.
