Contracts Manager

Responsibilities
Develop and manage the project contract strategy with the Project Manager, the management team and the quantity surveyors
Provide inputs to help strategize and resolve complex contractual issues
Advising/ensuring contractual compliance requirements, e.g. contractual deliverables, performance bonds, insurances etc
Draft and review of contractual correspondence and appropriate contract documents - subcontractors, suppliers and consultants
Prepare, monitor and co-ordinate contractual claims and keeping of subject files of the same

Liaise with government authorities as required

Requirements
A degree that is suitable for the role of Contract Manager
Professional membership/qualification is desirable

The Role Responsibilities

· Perform independent validation of new and existing models that are used in Financial crime risk management, anti-money laundering, transaction monitoring, screening, fraud risk management etc.

· Qualitative review of model development process including underlying assumptions & theoretical basis.

COMPANY DESCRIPTION
