PRIMARY OBJECTIVE

• Perform the daily BAU operations, i.e. loan disbursements, repayments, fee collections, prepayments, rollovers and redemptions, monitoring and sweeping of funds from special-purpose accounts, e.g. DSRA, Operating accounts for loan repayments and monitoring of scheduled repayments for bilateral and syndication deals.
• Perform GL reconciliation & ensure outages are resolved within stipulated turnaround time.

Job description

We are looking for an Operations Assistant. You will be performing audit checking of consent forms which are required for the purchase of credit reports and is a critical function of our business to ensure compliance. You will be responsible for the adherence to stipulated turnaround times required for allocated segment and support process and system changes to improve efficiency and streamline workflows.

As a People Operations Intern you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and customer-focused experience throughout our employees (referred to as Wisers) lifecycle by supporting our team members to excel at Wise.

You will be based in Singapore, with the opportunity to engage in global projects both within our team and alongside other People sub teams. These efforts will ensure we have the foundations in place for our tribe to succeed as a trusted advisor and partner.

Onboarding support:

• Manage the administrative process of onboarding new Wisers in Singapore (with potential to expand coverage to the APAC region), ensuring that the Wiser journey is as smooth as possible with everyone kept in the loop

• Book travel and accommodation for those who are relocating and/or attending company onboarding in other offices, working closely with the team to ensure we have appropriate immigration documentation in place

The Studio Operations Intern will be a part of the CNBC Studio technical production team in APAC that outputs daily live TV news programs watched by millions of viewers worldwide. Key Responsibilities:

• Support the preparation and submission of MAS regulatory reports and group reports of multiple Operations units.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of regulatory reports submitted to MAS as well as internal reports to Head Office.
• Investigate, remediate and review for potential data quality issues impacting regulatory reporting and participate in projects for report automation.

1.Vendor Management:
