• Ensure Factory is in good state at any point of time
• Conduct Stocktake daily for Inventory
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time

Requirements

• Physically Fit (Applicant must be able to climb up and down from heights and handle weight of at least 10kg with ease)
• No experience required
• Basic literacy will suffice (Conversational English, understanding Malay / Mandarin is a plus)
• Applicant must be willing to work in Kranji area

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Coordinate with marketing/sales on ocean freight charges for different customers

· Issue invoices (Navition software) and follow up payments & updating payments

· Prepare statement of account and send to customers

· Follow up email from operation department on billing documents and any other surcharge such as storage and dangerous cargoes surcharge on top of ocean freight charges

· To follow up and update service agreement/contract signed with regular customer

· Compile monthly manifests to make sure billing for all shipments are completed

Other relevant jobs assigned by management whenever is necessary

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Diploma graduate

At least one year working experience in accounts

JOB RESPONSBILITIES:

DIPLOMA

• Provide technical support for manufacturing operations
• Conduct process validation
• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting and calibration on Machines / Equipment
• Liaise with supplier on all technical purchases
• Co-ordinate with supervisor / leader on production schedule / audit / stock take etc.
• Any other tasks assigned by superior by time to time.

NITEC

• Perform machine maintenance, calibration and troubleshooting
• Plan, schedule and perform predictive and corrective maintenance
• Perform inspections and tests to ensure products meet performance specifications and standards
• Involve in all other production related activities in production floor
• Ensure high standard of safety and housekeeping
• Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior

WORKING HOURS:

DIPLOMA

• Office Hours (8am – 5.30pm)
• Shift x 3 (Mon to Fri 8am – 5.30pm or 8pm to 5.30am (monthly rotation)

Nitec

• Monthly rotating shifts (Mon to Fri 8am – 5.30pm or 8pm to 5.30am (monthly rotation)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• NITEC or Higher NITEC in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
