OVERALL DESCRIPTION OF JOB

To oversee all quality aspect of the company.

Ensure the company's manufacturing practices are in compliance to the quality management systems.

Spearhead, coordinate and record the company's continuous improvement projects in the areas of product quality, productivity, cost saving and reducing of customers return.

To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with various inspection techniques and be able to act as an auditor for all of our internal systems identifying issues and recommending solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

1. Ensuring all parts delivered to customers will meet the quality specifications.
2. Liaise with customers and supplier on quality issues.
3. Evaluate and implement the QA procedures to meet the quality requirements of customers.
4. To give inspection support to the tooling dept.
5. To design and plan inspection fixtures for efficient inspection.
6. Co-ordinate with external auditor on ISO related issue ( ISO9001/IATF16949/ISO14000 ).
7. Determine quality metrics for all manufacturing procedures
8. Co-ordinate with customer's quality plan.
9. To plan internal audit and execute internal audit.
10. Coordinate with external quality assurance auditors and technicians to ensure legal compliance
11. Ensure housekeeping of the general manufacturing and quality inspection areas are being maintain in good order.
12. Organize the management review meeting.
13. Conduct customer satisfaction survey annually.
14. Co-ordinate the training program.
15. Co-ordinate and disposition of customer return.
16. Co-ordinate the RoHS program.
17. Perform data analysis
18. Work with internal teams to increase customer satisfaction by improving the quality of the products

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous work experience as a Quality Engineer or similar role.
• Hand-on experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and measurement system
• In-depth understanding of technical documentation(PPAP)
• Great attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Team Spirit
• Good analytical skills
• BSC in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or relevant field
• Additional certification in Quality Assurance is a plus
• At least 7 years experience

Job Responsibilities :-
