This role includes 2 key functions in Academic Liaison and Strategic Relations as well as Department Administration. Candidate Profile requirement:

-Proficiency in English (verbal &written)
-Proven experience as an executive administrative assistant, PA or in secretarial position

Responsibilities:

-Setting business meeting agendas, sending emails, reviewing incoming emails, following up/responding with agility to investors, noting action points with speed, accepting visitors, and assisting in set up the boss’ daily schedule
- Support marketing and investor service activities, including preparation of various analytical reports, bench-marking, presentations, et al
-Liaise with other company staff and clients
-Maintaining documents and ensuring safekeeping of meeting records
