Job Responsibilities

• Handle the processing of policy alterations of Life policies, comprising of policy benefits, reinstatements, review and other policy admin transactions,
• Handle premium payment and receipting function, including managing of suspense account,
• Provide support in handing enquires/appeals and managing feedbacks from touchpoints, including policyholders and financial representatives;
• Liaise with internal stakeholders such as new business, customer care, finance, IT distribution representative and policyholders;
• To provide requirements and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements, process improvement and defects when required;
• To collate statistics for management reporting
• Assist with ad-hoc initiatives/projects as assigned by the Section Head

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma;
• Preferably 3-5 years’ experience in Policy Servicing operations
