• Negotiate and finalize charter party agreements for cargoes, considering terms and conditions that align with the company's interests.
• Develop brokers and operators’ relationship. Liaise with brokers, charterers, port terminals, stevedores, agents etc. to ensure all shipments run smoothly.
• Gathering and developing market insights from sources and stakeholders to better anticipate market changes and develop opportunities.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of charter party agreements, including terms, conditions, and performance criteria.
• Plan and coordinate the movement of vessels engaged in oil and bulk transportation.
• Collaborate with ship owners, and brokers to secure suitable vessels for cargo transportation.
• Monitor vessel schedules and ensure timely departures and arrivals.
• Analyze and optimize voyage performance to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as trading, finance, and legal to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marine Studies with 3 years of experience in chartering or vessel operations
• Strong understanding of international shipping regulations and market dynamics.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Able to handle pressure and stress
• Strong team player, and able to work independently to deliver quality output.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Follow the hotel's standard procedures for cleaning and maintaining public areas.
• Collaborate with the Front Office, Engineering, and other departments to handle guests' requests, inquiries, and complaints about accommodation, service, and billing. Ensure that these interactions are carried out effectively to enhance guest satisfaction with their stay and services.
• Work closely with the Engineering Department to address any issues or defects in the rooms and public areas promptly.
• Supervise pest eradication activities with great attention to detail.
• Conduct daily inspections of public areas and employee locker rooms.
• Coordinate with the maintenance department to establish a preventive maintenance schedule for rooms and public areas.
• Regularly spot check employees' performance, correcting any mistakes or deficiencies.
• Conduct regular training sessions to ensure that personnel follow established procedures, address any issues, provide instructions, and assign duties.
• Undertake any additional duties assigned by the GM or Executive Housekeeper (EHK) as needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or other relevant qualification is preferred.
• Minimum 4 years’ related experience in a full-service hotel or mid-range hotel is preferred.
• A team player and takes initiative to assist other team members when required
• Commitment to work rotating shift and any day, including weekends and public holidays.
• Meticulous with strong attention to details with good follow-up.

- Assist in ensuring smooth, efficient and timely execution of all day-to-day operational process including but not limited

to conduct site inspections, provide training, prepare operations reports and other administrative duties.

- Assist in operations on ground as and when required.

- Required 24/7, fast reaction, high reliability and flexibility.

- Might have rotating shift (Morning/Night Shift).
