SCOPE

The incumbent in the position is responsible for supervising the operations at the reception. He/she will support and assist the Front Office and other departments to ensure that the highest professional services are given to all guests in accordance with the Kempinski and Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) service standards.

OVERALL OBJECTIVES

Key Responsibilities

- To advise and recommend a list of fire-fighting equipment for the Company Emergency Response Team;

- To supervise those premises with Fire Command Centre on the operation in the event of fire and other related emergencies;

- To prepare and implement Arson Prevention Plan for the premises;

- To carry out fire risk assessment of the premises and recommended areas of improvement;

- To endorse annual Fire Certificate Renewal with PE Endorsement;
