Job Description: -

· Collaborate with process Engineers and the Engineering team to establish QC requirements.

· Document inspection criteria and develop quality plans.

· Work with QA process and product team on corrective action with quality issues.

· Ensure all products meet the required quality standards.

· Manage the product quality from raw material to finish products for assigned customer account or project basis.

· Implement and improve the quality control from incoming inspection to outgoing inspection.

· Liaise with customer complain or any internal non-conformance, lead in problem solving & documentation & internal communication.

· Meet quality objective set by management.

· Train, assess and certify QA inspectors/ technician when required.

· Perform internal audit and quality system audit periodically.

Responsibilities

• From abstract product vision all the way to detailed functional requirements, system integration, and business processes required to support them.
• Translate the high-level product vision and initiatives into tangible, detailed requirements for developers. This can be in the form of technical documentation, systems integration documentation, API specifications, data models, architecture diagrams, process flows, or functional specifications.
• Support developers and testers by providing the first level of clarifications during development and testing.
• Define detailed user stories based on business requirements. Ensure that user stories have sufficient details so that developers are able to estimate and work with them.
• Define detailed business processes, spanning both online and offline aspects. Coordinate with various stakeholders to get detailed requirements and ensure that they are met through proposed solutions.
• Create and extend existing technical documentation to describe the infrastructure, security,functions of the system.

• Strong API experience with hands on dev exp in Java
• Experience in Data Modelling and DB design (Oracle, MS SQL Server and Postgres )
