Job Description

• Handle full sets of accounts including accounts receivables and accounts payables
• Perform monthly closing reports, bank reconciliation, schedules and variance analysis as well as yearly financial statements
• Manage debtors’ control to ensure timely collection of trade receivables
• Liaise with Sales department with regard to invoicing and collection matters
• Review payments to suppliers (local and overseas)
• Perform checking to ensure staff claims & expenses valid and accurate
• Record expenses into Navision system
• Payment processing to vendors and inter-companies, and check to relevant supporting documents.
• Liaise with auditor for yearly statutory audit and periodic internal audit
• Ensure compliance of financial authority limits, financial reporting standards (FRS), company policies and other regulations
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, ACCA or equivalent
• Audit experience is a distinct advantage
• Relevant work experience in full set of accounts for an organisation in Singapore would be advantageous
• Hands-on experience in Navision would also be advantageous
• Meticulous and able to work effectively under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Job Description

- Work closely with Operations Manager to assist various departments to ensure that Learning Point Centres are able to operate smoothly

• Responsible for teacher relief management (deploy relief teachers when the main teacher is unavailable, track teacher relief inquiries, consistently update list of available full-time teachers for cover classes, consistently update relief pool list for cover classes etc)
• Arrange onboarding procedures for new teachers (briefings, handover sessions, arrangement of lesson observations, co-teachings etc)
• Arrange offboarding procedures for exiting teachers (teacher transitions, handover reports etc)
• Support the Manager in annual class planning, timetable planning and classroom optimisation (teacher-class allocation, optimise classroom utilisation, no clash in back-to-back arrangements etc)
• Support the Manager in planning and managing various calendars (term and lesson calendar, calendar of events, etc)
• Support the Manager in coordinating and executing the planning of ad-hoc programmes (open house, booster classes, replacement classes, holiday programmes, seminars etc)
• Assist with curriculum management (monitor timeline for curriculum submission, uploading and printing of worksheets, curriculum access rights for teachers, supplementary materials/projects)
• Support the Resource team in managing a group of interns, including assignment of duties, managing their work hours, etc.

- Work closely with the Manager to assess and improve processes and policies

- Other adhoc duties as assigned

Job Description:

- Provide administrative support for conveyancing matters including sale and purchase, mortgage, refinancing, and redemption.

- Conduct e-lodgement, e-stamping, and searches.

- Prepare conveyancing documentation.

- Communicate with clients, banks, and other parties attendant to the conveyancing process.

- Assist with filing, record-keeping, and monitoring of deadlines.

- Perform clerical duties such as scheduling of appointments and meetings; collating and organising data and documents.

Requirements:

- 2 - 3 years’ experience as a conveyancing secretary in a law firm.

- Meticulous, organised, and able to work well under tight deadlines.

- Proficient in English (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with clients and other stakeholders.

- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken) to serve Mandarin-speaking clients.

- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities:

• Perform full set of accounting transactions including checking invoices, data entry and posting.
• Prepare Suppliers payment.
• Investigate & solving invoices dispute.
• Handling Petty Cash claims
• Assist in Warehouse stock take reconciliation and create new items card in inventory.
• Assist in payroll and work permit
• Maintaining good quality of documents filing.
• Ad-hoc duties as & when assign by management.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in accounting with at least 1 - 3 years of relevant accounting experience
• Able to work well independently and as a team, handling stress under tight deadlines with commitment
• Have experience in leading at least 2 people
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate across levels.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially MS ExcelAdded Advantages
