JOB SCOPE
· Perform HRIS advisory role to users and provide support and guidance in the application and administration of HR applications
· Facilitates end-to-end project cycle activities, such as requirements gathering, proof of concept, development, testing, training, go-live and post-production support
· Lead or participate in process improvement, initiatives, system migration and implementation of HRIS projects
· Gather and understand user requirements and work with IT team to translate that into solutions
· Serve as a bridge between end users and IT to communicate and clarify requirements
· Create and manage system documentation including requirements, business processes, testing, procedures, training, etc.
· Design and develop user acceptance plan and coordinate user acceptance testing. Consolidate and coordinate with end users in multiple areas, other HRIS team members, and IT
· Ensure proper closure of support issues and activities and communicate issue status to users
- Partnership with HR end users and IT to improve HR process efficiency simplification, automation and accuracy by building or upgrading HR digital solutions and e-platforms
· Analyze existing processes and propose areas for improvement
· Maintenance of master configurations for HRIS systems
· Handle queries on HR system interfaces to other non-HR related systems
· Review and manage system and user access security
· Stay current with industry trends and best practices. Support and contribute to initiatives to drive operational efficiency in HR processes
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, Information Technology or any related discipline
· At least 5 years of HRIS project management experience with at least 1 Workday project implementation
· Advanced knowledge of Workday and experience configuring Workday. Experience in Workday Absence and Security will be an added advantage
· Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work with all levels of end users to provide technical/functional support
· Have good understanding of HR processes and priorities
· Able to understand business requirements, manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision
· Meticulous attention to detail and time management skills required
Ability to effectively and proactively identify and resolve project issues
